Since 2008, after gaining a BA of Creative Industries with a Visual Arts Major, Anastasija has established an arts practice in the South West region of Western Australia. Over this period she has been fortunate to be represented in numerous group exhibitions throughout Australia, held a number of solo exhibitions and, been awarded a number of prizes.
An Artist Residency at Draw International in France, in 2016, provided an opportunity to re-connect with the fundamentals of drawing whilst engaging with the European landscape, architecture and lifestyle of a medieval village. The culmination of this work resulted in an exhibition at the Collie Art Gallery earlier this year. In 2018, Anastasija was invited to submit work for publication in 1340 Art Magazine, The Netherlands.
